This  plugin is built by BlockWP. The teams over at Caldera Labs & Easily Amused are teamed up to build this cool social plugin.

allows you to add social sharing icons as the name suggests. Nothing too fancy, it just brings minimal needed features for now. However, we can expect more options/features added as time passes.
